May Allah grant everyone the success in what brings good for Islam and the Muslims. Allah (swt) says: [إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ] “...if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet” [Muhammad: 7]

You said that carrying the call to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) is a collective obligation (Fard Kifayah). Does this mean that there is no sin on the one who does not carry the call, given that there are Dawah carriers present?

What is the upper limit (maximum) that a poor person can ask of people so that he is not considered a hoarder of money in our present time? And what is his need? What is the amount that he can ask from the people and keep? And when does he stop asking (begging)?
