8th May 2009, Kuala Lumpur - Hizb ut-Tahrir of mahalliyyah Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia addressed the Muslim ummah at the National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur in a gathering after the Friday prayers. This address is to explain to the Muslim ummah of the Malaysian Cabinet Ministers' decision which violated the Ahkam Shariah.
