U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has spelled out his country’s ambition to extend its colonial interest in Bangladesh on his nine-hour visit to the country on Monday (29/08/2016).
The U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam has alerted its citizens on the current political standoff between the government and opposition parties. It warns them to avoid areas where demonstrations would be taking place and to exercise great caution in the vicinity of large gatherings and protests following a planned nationwide protest scheduled for September 1, 2016.
