It wasn’t long after the arrival of Saad Ad-Deen Al-Hariri in Lebanon on 14/02/2016 in remembrance of the anniversary of his father’s killing when events began to escalate and in particular stemming from Saudi which announced on 19/02/2016 the cancellation of what remained of the aid it had been providing to arm the Lebanese army and the internal security forces.
