So, isn’t China’s restriction of rare earth elements exports to America, selling them U.S. Treasury bonds, modernizing its army, and building the largest military complex in the world southwest of Beijing… isn’t this an indicator of China’s liberation from its political view confined to its region and the expansion of this view to compete with America globally?
