The Palestinian Authority (PA), betraying Allah and His Messenger, called for holding local bodies (municipal) elections, and amended the elections law in a way that guarantees the conduct of the elections within its treacherous program which enabled the Jewish entity over the Blessed Land and provided cover for its crimes. The amendment of paragraph 2 of Article 16 stipulated the submission of “a declaration from the candidates of the list of their acceptance to run within the list, and their commitment to the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) as the legitimate and sole representative of the Palestinian people and its political and national program and the relevant international legitimacy decisions.”

O our People in the Blessed Land:

Indeed, the objective of these elections is to affirm the treacherous approach that the Liberation Organization has adopted, and to stain the people of Palestine with the crimes that the Palestinian Authority has committed against Palestine and its people. And it is not hidden from you that what those upon whom anger has fallen achieved at the hands of the PA, they would not have been able to achieve by themselves, and this is what the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, has confirmed more than once.

And the slogan “serving the town” that has been raised is a false slogan, for the municipalities have been overrun with corruption due to the PA and its corrupt men, and the PA wants municipal councils submissive to its programs that align with the policy of those upon whom anger has fallen towards Palestine and its people.

O People of the Blessed Land:

Do not stain yourselves with what the PLO has been stained with, and respond to the call of Allah the Exalted:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ]

“O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence].” [Surah Al-Anfal 8:27].

Indeed, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the Blessed Land are in need of believing men who have been truthful with Allah and His Messenger, who mobilize the Islamic Ummah and its armies to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) liberate Bayt al-Maqdis, who mobilize the Islamic Ummah to carry the message of Islam through the dawah and jihad in the path of Allah (swt).

And know that obedience to America and the Jews is the clear loss:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تُطِيعُوا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَلَى أَعْقَابِكُمْ فَتَنْقَلِبُوا خَاسِرِينَ * بَلِ اللَّهُ مَوْلَاكُمْ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ النَّاصِرِينَ]

“O you who have believed, if you obey those who disbelieve, they will turn you back on your heels, and you will [then] become losers * But Allah is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.” [Aal ‘Imran:149–150].

And the victory of Allah for the believers is through the excellence of their steadfastness upon the truth, and the sincerity of their reliance upon Allah (swt).

So trust in Allah, the Strong, the Mighty, in Whose hand is victory, and He is the Subduer over His servants. For what America and the Jews are doing of corruption in the land, it will, by the will of Allah (swt), turn against them into humiliation, destruction, and calamity:

[وَكَذَلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْقُرَى وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ إِنَّ أَخْذَهُ أَلِيمٌ شَدِيدٌ]

“And thus is the seizure of your Lord when He seizes the cities while they are doing wrong. Indeed, His seizure is painful and severe.” [Hud:102].
