The blessed Eid al-Fitr comes upon us while the condition of the Muslims does not please a friend nor anger an enemy; an Ummah fragmented, upon which the colonial kuffar (disbelievers) has pounced after demolishing its entity and toppling its state, when the most wretched of the people, the British agent Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, announced the abolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on March 3, 1924. Since then, Islam has been removed from the life of the Ummah, its enemy has dominated it, imposed upon it his man-made political system, killed its sons, and plundered its wealth, until we became humiliated before the most cowardly of creation, the Jews. The blood of the Muslims of Gaza has not yet dried, and the Muslims of the Rohingya in Myanmar, the Uyghurs in East Turkestan, and in India and Sudan are subjected to extermination. Today, America, along with the Jewish entity, is waging war on Iran under the pretext of eliminating its regime, which had served it for decades in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, and is working to make the Muslims fuel for this war.

All of this befalls us not because of small numbers—we are many—but because, as our truthful and trusted Messenger (swt) informed us: «غُثَاءٌ كَغُثَاءِ السَّيْلِ»“foam like the foam of a torrent.” The Ummah of two billion remains still, not moving toward real change, and its armies remain stationed in their barracks, unmoved by the cries of children or the tears of widows. Weakness has afflicted it with the wahn «حُبُّ الدُّنْيَا وَكَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَوْتِ»“love of the dunya (world) and hatred of death.”

O sons the Ummah of the best of mankind, Muhammad (saw): just as Allah obligated fasting upon you and you fasted, and recommended Qiyām (night prayer) for you and you stood, He has also obligated upon you the establishment of His Deen. You have no excuse before Allah for remaining silent about the treacherous rulers who stand between you and the obligation Allah has placed upon you: implementing the law of Allah by establishing the Khilafah, the crown of obligations.

And here we renew our call to you for this great obligation, so that our lands may return under the shade of one state ruled by one Imam Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, that unites you, unifies your day of fasting and your day of breaking the fast, purifies Al-Aqsa from the filth of the Jews, takes retribution from the oppressors, cuts off the interference of the disbelievers, so that you remove the garment of humiliation and weakness and wear the garment of dignity and honor, and taste the sweetness of Eid and victory together.

In conclusion, we congratulate the Ummah of Islam in general on the blessed Eid al-Fitr, and the Dawah carriers in particular, foremost among them the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him and grant victory and empowerment by his hands. We ask Allah Almighty to return it upon the Islamic Ummah with security and iman, safety and Islam. Indeed, the promise of Allah is true, the victory of Allah is near, and indeed with hardship comes ease.
