Budget presented by democratic government has once again proved that whether there is one-man rule (dictatorship) or the rule of the so called elected people (democracy), Pakistan's economy is run based on the failed capitalist principles. For the past nine years, the "intellectuals" of Pakistan were claiming that only the democratic government can solve all problems of Pakistan including the economic.

Hizb ut-Tahrir's campaign against the military operation in Malakand division is in full swing.  The government is so nervous that just in the past few days, she has arrested 16 activists of Hizb from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Abbotabad and Peshawar.

The government is spilling the blood of innocent people under the banner of writ of state and fighting militancy. We demand the immediate cessation of the campaign of fire and bombs against the oppressed Muslims of Dir and Bunir.

Hizb ut-Tahrir organised big protest demonstrations in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi against the Swat military operation and strongly condemned this American war whose only fuel is the blood of Muslim soldiers and people of swat and making Muslim fight Muslim.
