Turkey and Arab Regimes Asked Hamas to Lay Down Arms

The United Nations High-Level International Conference titled “Finding a Peaceful Solution to the Palestinian Issue and Implementing the Two-State Solution,” led by France and Saudi Arabia, was held in New York on July 29–30.

Following the conference, which aimed to recognize Palestine as a state and to end the war in Gaza, a joint declaration was signed. In addition to the European Union and the Arab League, Turkey also signed the declaration along with 17 other countries.

The declaration, consisting of 42 articles and an annex, condemned the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation carried out by Palestinian resistance groups led by Hamas. The participating states called on Hamas to lay down arms and demanded that it transfer the administration to the Mahmoud Abbas regime. (July 31, 2025 – Agencies)

Comment:

While the savage and vile genocide in Gaza continues at full speed, the epic resistance of the mujahideen and the people of Gaza also continues. Despite the fact that the Crusader-Jewish alliance, with the support of treacherous regimes in Islamic lands, uses the weapon of starvation and thirst in the harshest way, they have not succeeded in driving a wedge between the people of Gaza and the mujahideen.

The arrogant colonialist Trump’s top-level threats have failed. The baby-killer Netanyahu has not been able to achieve any of the military goals he promised to his masters and his people. He could not rescue the captives, he could not end the resistance, he could not seize Gaza. All that remains is to continue the war aimlessly and purposelessly, to commit genocide, and at the same time to put into action sneaky peace plans through secondary and tertiary countries in search of a so-called honorable exit for the Jewish entity.

The Palestine Conference at the United Nations General Assembly, organized under the leadership of Saudi Arabia and France, is nothing other than this. The leader of disbelief, the USA, is trying to implement a policy in Gaza similar to the duplicitous one it practiced in Syria and Libya. By keeping itself in the background, it aims to escape the crisis in Gaza through its satellites and European partners.

When looking at the states leading the conference, the hand of the USA is clearly visible. Despite not having the power or authority to make decisions, the fact that the US-servant Saudi regime accompanies colonialist France is the most concrete proof of this.
In this regard, French President Emmanuel Macron stated on July 24 that France would officially recognize the Palestinian state in September and would be the first G7 country to do so. Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot held a press conference at the UN Palestine Conference on July 29, announcing the goals of the New York Declaration.

As a matter of fact, in the statement published after the conference, the Al-Aqsa Flood was condemned without taking any sanction decision against the Jewish entity, and Hamas was demanded to disarm and transfer the administration of Gaza to Mahmoud Abbas.
What was offered to Hamas and the Palestinian people in return? The so-called two-state solution, which is the USA’s plan to legitimize Israel!

In fact, the essence of the declaration is for Hamas to surrender, for the Jewish entity—which is the West's security valve—to be rescued from the Gaza quagmire, and then to be integrated into the region. Saudi Arabia's role is of importance at this point. Because Saudi Arabia is in the position of the spiritual, economic, and political elder brother of the Arab regimes.

In the new Middle East strategy that the USA wants to implement based on the Abraham Accords, the Salman regime is the spearhead. Normalization with the Jewish entity after the war will be started through Saudi Arabia; then the others will follow it, and this wave will turn into a strategic alliance extending from North Africa to Pakistan. The Jewish entity will also have a security guarantee as an important part of this alliance; then the USA will use this alliance as fuel in its struggle against China and Russia, to fully take Europe under its wings, and of course, against the potential establishment of the future Caliphate State.

The only obstacle in front of this plan right now is the resistance in Gaza. The next, bigger obstacle is the anger of the Islamic Ummah, which is growing alongside the Gaza resistance and is ready to explode. For this reason, the USA preferred that the European Union, Arab regimes, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey take the lead in the New York Declaration. Thus, it thinks the acceptance of the decisions taken in the declaration will become easier.
This strategy of the USA also overlaps with the interests of Europe. Because the defeat of the Jewish entity by a handful of Muslims also means the defeat of the infidel West.
As for the interests of the Arab regimes and Turkey; their sole mission is to please the USA, to protect the Jewish entity, and in return for this obedience, to protect themselves from the wrath of their own peoples, to live a humiliating life with cheap crumbs of power until they are thrown away or reach the torment of the Hereafter.

Turkey's reservation on the declaration, on the condition of implementing the so-called two-state betrayal plan, is nothing more than an attempt to cover the real purpose of the declaration and to deceive the Muslims. It has no real value.

In conclusion, the path to the liberation of Gaza, Palestine, and Masjid al-Aqsa is not through a fake state to be lived under the domination of the Jews. The Islamic solution for Palestine is the rule given by Islam regarding the usurped land. That is to fight the usurper, to mobilize the armies of the Muslims to uproot the Jews from the blessed lands.
The permanent and fundamental solution is to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate State and to protect the blessed lands of Isra and Mi’raj with the shield of the Caliphate. By Allah’s permission, those days are not far.

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:

«لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْيَهُودَ فَيَقْتُلُهُمْ الْمُسْلِمُونَ حَتَّى يَخْتَبِئَ الْيَهُودِيُّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحَجَرِ وَالشَّجَرِ فَيَقُولُ الْحَجَرُ أَوْ الشَّجَرُ يَا مُسْلِمُ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ خَلْفِي فَتَعَالَ فَاقْتُلْهُ»

“The Hour will not be established until the Muslims fight the Jews. The Jews will hide behind stones and trees, and the stones or trees will say: ‘O Muslim, O servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him!’” (Muslim, Fitan, 82)
