A Painful American Reminder of the Lack of Independence in Pakistan

The congratulations of the US Secretary of State regarding independence are salt in the wounds of Muslims of Pakistan. American colonialism has ensured the “turning potential into progress” for American interests.

- Regarding “cooperation on regional mediation,” American political colonialism turns the status of Pakistan in the Muslim World into progress in the American plan to deny Iran independence from the US, and ensure the security of the Jewish entity using the strength of the Muslims armies via a web of regional alliances.

- Regarding “critical minerals, energy,” American economic colonialism turns the immense fuel and mineral resources of Pakistan into progress for American companies in dominating the resources of the Muslim World, including the Rare Earth Elements (REEs), which are critical for semiconductors, computer chips and artificial intelligence.

- Regarding “counterterrorism,” American military colonialism ensures the strength of the armed forces of Pakistan is being exhausted by fighting between Muslims and disarming any Muslim that is fighting occupation, whilst restraining the armies from fighting the enemies of Allah (swt) amongst the terrorist states, such as the Jewish entity, the Hindu State and the US.

- Regarding “cultural heritage,” American cultural colonialism is severing the ties of the Muslims from identity based on the Deen, into identity based on attachment to land and race.

- Regarding “trade and investment,” American economic colonialism turns the economy of Pakistan into a transnational economy, where the US economy benefits from cheap raw materials and low-value goods from Pakistan, whilst also benefitting from sales of its high value products within the huge market in Pakistan.

O Muslims of Pakistan! Whilst American colonialism exists in Pakistan, we will be denied our true potential. American colonialism is continuously harming us, whether it takes place under civilian or military supremacy. We must emerge from the fruitless debate of “civilian supremacy versus military supremacy” and invest our intellectual and political efforts fully in the supremacy of the Shariah Law of Allah (swt).

- The Shariah Law ends American political colonialism by the unification of the current Muslims states as a single powerful state, which mobilizes armies to end occupation of the lands of Muslims including Palestine, from the river to the sea.

- The Shariah Law ends economic colonialism of fuel and energy, by ensuring they are a public property whose benefit and price is for the entire community of Muslims, rather than private companies.

- The Shariah Law ends military colonialism by unifying the armies of the Muslims under a single Ameer of Jihad and mobilizing them in Jihad to liberate occupied lands and expanding the territory of the Abode of Islam, until the Deen of Allah is dominant over all other ways of life.

- The Shariah Law ends cultural colonialism, by linking identity and education to the language of the Noble Quran, Arabic, the Tafseer (Commentary) of the Noble Quran, the Shurooh (Explanation) of the Prophetic Sunnah and the vast Shariah jurisprudence which provides solutions to all the problems of humanity.

- The Shariah Law ends economic colonialism of markets and raw materials, by establishing a machine industry that substitutes expensive imports, drives a domestic industrial revolution and allows the exports of advanced products to a world that is exhausted by the exploitation by colonialist companies.

O Muslims of Pakistan! We must turn our faces away from the competing political and military factions that have ensured the ruin of Pakistan at the hands of the Western colonialists for eight decades. We must turn our faces towards the Shariah Law of Allah (swt), learning about it, conveying it and striving for its implementation. It is the only path for liberation (تحرير tahrir) from colonialism.

And who else can lead us to liberation other than Hizb ut Tahrir (حزب التحرير Liberation Party)? It has prepared a comprehensive blueprint of the Khilafah, including a draft constitution and explanatory books, which provide evidences from the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, as well as references from the classical ulema such as Abu Ubaid, Ibn Qudamah and Abu Yusuf Al-Hanifi, may Allah have mercy on all of them. It has prepared legions of men and women who are capable Shariah politicians, enjoining righteousness and forbidding evil on the basis of Islam, without tiring and without fear of any but Allah (swt).

Allah (swt) said, [وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ] “There must arise from among you a group (or groups) that invites to all that is good (al-khair), commands all that is right (al-ma’roof) and forbids all that is evil (al-munkar). Those are the successful ones.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran 3:104].
