بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Members of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan flocked to the party’s office in central Khartoum on the third day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr (1447 AH), corresponding to Saturday, March 21, 2026 CE, to exchange Eid greetings. Members arrived from across Khartoum, Omdurman, Jabal Awliya, Al-Kalakla, East Nile, and other areas. They offered congratulations on the joyous Eid and rejoiced in reuniting with one another after years of war. The massive gathering was addressed by the official spokesperson for Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, Ustadh Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil). He began by offering supplications for those dawah carriers who have passed away. He then extended his congratulations on this joyous Eid to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir—the esteemed scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah—as well as to the party's Shabab worldwide, the attendees, and all Muslims.
He subsequently spoke about America’s criminal plot to separate Darfur, noting that the situation in Sudan has taken a turn mirroring the Libyan scenario—characterized by the existence of two rival governments. He emphasized that it is imperative to thwart this plot.
The official spokesperson also addressed the upheavals currently sweeping the globe, as well as the hegemony of America and the Jewish entity. He exposed the true nature of their power—or lack thereof—in the wars against Gaza and Iran. He pointed out that this massive military might failed to break the resistance of a small band of Muslims in Gaza, succeeding only through the treachery of the rulers in the Islamic lands; the same dynamic, he noted, is at play in the current conflict with Iran.
Abu Khalil explained that all these events serve as glad tidings for the Ummah: they demonstrate that America is weaker than a "paper tiger," and that the Ummah has begun to yearn for unity based on Islam and for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) State upon the methodology of the Prophethood. The spokesperson's address was punctuated by the youth’s chants of *Takbir* ("Allahu Akbar") and resounding slogans calling for the return of the Caliphate. In turn, several Shabab delivered brief speeches, conveying their Eid greetings and congratulations to the esteemed scholar Ata bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah—the Ameer of Hizb ut-Tahrir—and to their brethren among the Da'wah carriers across the globe.
Also, on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, members of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Port Sudan exchanged greetings and congratulations on that very day—the third day of Eid al-Fitr—at the party's office in the Al-Azma district of Port Sudan.
Ust. Adel Ibrahim, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, addressed the attendees, congratulating the dawah carriers and extending his Eid blessings to them. He then spoke of humanity's dire need for the rulings of Islam, encouraging the youth to exert their utmost effort in the work of the Da'wah—through study, active propagation, and dissemination.
Subsequently, Ust. Daoud Abdullah, another member of Hizb ut Tahrir, took the floor. He outlined the control that the colonialist kaffir (disbeliever) exercises over every vital aspect of life in Muslim lands, as well as their manipulation of the domestic and foreign policies of these petty states. He attributed this situation to the absence of Islamic rulings from our lives—a consequence of Muslim rulers submitting to the dictates of the colonialist disbeliever.
The event featured insightful contributions from the Hizb members, making it a day rich with speeches that truly reflected the spirit of young men who shoulder the burden and concerns of this Ummah.
