If the written Constitution is not being implemented, and a coup happens tearing apart the Constitution just as Nimeiri did in the Permanent Constitution of the Sudan.

There are three ideologies in the world: Islam, capitalism and socialism, and socialism collapsed when the Soviet Union collapsed and its people became Kuffar as a result of their ideology. While capitialism is faltering; leaving only Islam, which treat all people equally including the Kuffar.
