18 January 2013, two Muslims, named Shahzod Salimov, born 1986, and Rahmatulloh Mahmudov, born 1988, were abducted from one of Moscow's mosques situated on Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street after Friday's Jum'aa prayer. Later on, one of them by phone informed his friend that they have been delayed by FSB officers. He notified that he had received a prosecution by Article 282 Part 1 from the Russian Criminal Code.

A. PREAMBLE: Baluchistan and its people are a neglected treasure for the Ummah and Pakistan

Baluchistan and its people are a treasure for the Islamic Ummah. Its people embraced Islam such that the entire province was under the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah. Its people are staunch in their Islam and fiercely resisted the British colonialist invasion. They are a noble and respected people who love Islam until today. In Pakistan the lands of Baluchistan are over forty percent of Pakistan

Two years on from the Egyptian uprising, this historical event has not delivered the hopes and aspirations that the thousands of women who played a pivotal role to topple Mubarak and his regime. The women of Egypt today continue to live under the shadow of a military dictatorship that has brutally assaulted female protestors and violated their honour with impunity.

Saturday: 14 Rabii al-Awwal 1434 AH, corresponding to January 26, 2013. The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan organized a first ever Issues of the Ummah Monthly Media Forum at twelve o'clock noon titled, "Sudan's Upcoming Constitution: Aspirations of the People vs. Aspirations of the Politicians." Speakers included Brother Al-Nur Ahmed al-Nur, Chief Editor of the Assahafah Newspaper, and Brother Mu'min Alghali, columnist of Shams Asharq in another newspaper Akher Lahtha, and Brother Abdullah Abdul Rahman member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan.

Brother Al-Nur Ahmed al-Nur, spoke as the first speaker about the Constitution should reflect the ideology of the nation, and that the constitutions in Sudan did not achieve stability, and that any constitution must be inspired from the date of an Islamic society and history.

The second speaker, Brother Mu'min Alghali, talked about the issue is not in who writes the Constitution, rather to comply with the written. If the written Constitution is not being implemented, and a coup happens tearing apart the Constitution just as Nimeiri did in the Permanent Constitution of the Sudan.

The third speaker, Abdullah Abdul Rahman, spoke about the growth of any country comes from the ideas from its people, then comes the state to be applied and implemented on the people as operational entity of a group of standards, concepts and beliefs, and principles in the world. There are three ideologies in the world: Islam, capitalism and socialism, and socialism collapsed when the Soviet Union collapsed and its people became Kuffar as a result of their ideology. While capitialism is faltering; leaving only Islam, which treat all people equally including the Kuffar.

The Forum was attended by a group of politicians and journalists which including participation by a number of attendees. The forum was also attended by a number of media including Ashrooq Satellite channel, and reporters from the newspaper Aljareeda and Alintibaha, including attendants from the armed forces, and Elaph.
