Speech of Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Aalim, Ata Ibn Khalil Abu Arashtah - may Allah protect him - to our People in Al-Sham and to the Sincere Revolutionaries

The following is a speech from the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Aalim, Ata Ibn Khalil Abu Arashtah - may Allah protect him - to our people in Al-Sham and to the sincere revolutionaries, on the occasion of the glorious day of the birth of the Messenger of Allah (saw), in the month of his Hijrah and the establishment of the great Islamic state, a state that the Muslims were glorified by, which will be established again soon, Insha'Allah.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
To our people in Al-sham, the Abode of Islam ... and to the sincere revolutionaries:
Assalamu Alaikum Warhamatu Allah wa Barakaatahu,
Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, companions and allies and those after,
(( وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ ))
"Mighty indeed were the plots which they made, but their plots were (well) within the sight of Allah, even though they were such as to shake the hills!" [Surah Ibrahim: 14/46]
The wicked people, from the colonialists, their agents and their factions have gathered against you. They gathered their guile and cunning to avoid the implementation of Islam in Al-Sham and instead maintain a secular republican government, with a mere change of faces, so as to deceive the people that actual change has taken place! Today, you witness and hear that America, her allies and agents have gathered their evil against you at both ends. On the one hand, the crimes of the tyrant Bashar, which did not spare the humans or even the trees and rocks; whilst on the other, the continuous meetings in Istanbul, Cairo and Paris, in order to form an interim government to arrange a republican secular, civil democratic system, as they claim, to forbid and permit instead of Allah (swt),
((وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَذَا حَلَالٌ وَهَذَا حَرَامٌ لِتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لَا يُفْلِحُونَ))
"But say not - for any false thing that your tongues may forth,- "This is lawful, and This is forbidden"; so as to ascribe falsely to Allah. for those who ascribe false things to Allah, will never prosper." [Surah An-Nahl: 16:116]
They have intensified their evil plans, killing and massacres, aggressive bombing with cluster bombs, lethal weapons and deadly gases as well as several forms of torture that even the beasts of the jungle would shy from ... They hope from all of this to force the revolutionaries to accept the exclusion of Islam from life and to negotiate with murderers, who spilled the blood of Muslims and continue to do so! So as to continue the American influence in the noble Al-Sham by maintaining the core of the secular republic system... However, these wicked people forget that Al-Sham is the Fortress of Islam, the Abode of Islam. It does not accept the virulent, even if it succumbs to it for a while. The virulent will disappear, Insha'Allah, disgraced and rejected. Also the wicked ones do not realize that the Haqq is only to prevail over falsehood and annihilate it.
((بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ))
"Nay, we hurl the truth against falsehood, and it knocks out its brains, and behold, falsehood perishes! Woe be to you for the (false) things you ascribe (to Me)." [Surah Al-Anbiyya: 21:18]
Dear people in Al- Sham, the Abode of Islam, O sincere revolutionaries:
The plotting is a malignant planning, formulated by the United States and its allies and implemented by its agents and its followers. The killing and massacres at home are to make people accept what the coalition and the council do abroad ... Thus, the tools of implementation are divided among the poison of the crimes of killing and destruction by Bashar on the one hand and on the other, sugar coated poison at the hands of the coalition, begging America to grant it the throne of the tyrant, after he has been spent in his role and is discarded on the street ... So this is how the coalition thinks, whilst the tyrant is ignoring that his role is spent and that America, which built him, will finish him, should the coalition mature enough to replace him, as America did with its agents before, when they had become spent in their roles. Also America hopes that by replacing one agent with another, it will keep its influence in Al-Sham before the Ummah cleanses the country from the current agents and the incoming ones ... Had the tyrant any mind, he would have invested the available circumstances, during the first months of the people revolting against him, and fled with his life and at least some dignity, instead of been discarded or killed as a criminal traitor, cursed by Allah, His Messenger and the believer,
((إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَى))
"Verily He who comes to His Lord As a sinner (at Judgment),- for Him is Hell: therein shall He neither die nor live." [Surah Taha: 20:74]
What they plan is deception and scheming which they expect to hoist over Al-Sham and the people of Al-Sham, so as to make them accept the government made by the coalition, secular in essence, a deception with a beautiful cover! They also think that Al-Sham and the people of Al-Sham will forget the pure blood that was spilled by the criminals and the great sacrifices made by the sincere revolutionaries ... But their thinking will bring the end of them Insha'Allah, and they will see with their own eyes and hear with their own ears that all their plotting was false and so perished, ((وَمَا كَيْدُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ)) "... but the plots of unbelievers (end) In nothing but errors (and delusions)!" [Surah Al-Ghafir: 40:25] Also they have forgotten or let themselves forget that Al-Sham possesses strong men, who believed in their Lord and were increased by Guidance; they are guided by the Messenger of Allah and they do not sleep before injustice. They will neither fall silent before injustices nor will they forget the blood nor those efforts, nor the cries of the elderly and children, nor the cries of the free women violated, nor those of the orphaned and widowed ... The crimes of the tyrant will only increase their strength. The crimes of America and the Kafir colonialist West will not escape their minds, no matter what they apply on the face of the coalition as cosmetic. Instead, all of all this will provide them with more momentum.
((الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ))
"Men said to them: "A great army is gathering against you": so as to frighten them: but it (only) increased their faith: They said: "For us Allah suffices, and He is the best disposer of affairs." [Surah Aali- Imran: 3:173]
Dear people in Al- Sham, the house of Islam, O sincere rebellions:
The tyrant and his thugs have reached the abyss of despair from which they can not return. Even if the tyrant increased his tyranny, his death is imminent. His thugs who fight by him are abandoning him day after day, except for the one who loses sight and insight. Even Russia, which supported him as a front-line for America, under an agreement with it until they replaced one agent with another, has suffered and has started to evacuate its citizens because of its conviction that the authority of the tyrant has collapsed. And then the tyrant will be falling in a soon to be forgotten place, cursed in this life and in the Hereafter... However you, O sincere revolutionaries, stand firm on what is of right and good and be assured of the victory of Allah is sooner or later. Allah (swt) does not provide the victory to His messengers only, but also to those who believe;
((إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَاد))
"We will, without doubt, help Our apostles and those who believe, (Both) In This world's life and on the Day when the witnesses will stand forth." [Surah Ghaafir 40:51]
So give the Nussrah to the Haqq and its people, provide the Nussrah to Allah and His Messenger and the believers ...give the Nussrah for the Khilafah "Caliphate" and those who work for it, resolve to support Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate". Only then you will be born witness in front of Allah by: the pure blood that was spilled, the free women that were violated, the widowed women, and the orphaned children and the elderly who make Rukoo', and even the beasts ... All of them will be borne witness for you as good and only then will this spilled blood and effort have not been for in vain...
On the top of that, the angels of Allah will praise you for giving the Nussrah (Support) to the Deen of Allah religion and to the Dawah carrier and for the Nussrah of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Methodology of the Prophethood... you shall be of the noblest in this world and in the Hereafter with the best of Allah's creation, the Messenger of Allah (saw), his family and his Companions, (raidiyah Allahu Anhum) and with the truthful supporters of His Deen... also with the ibn Zaraarah and Ibn Hudayr and Saad bin Maath, the Ansaar of the Deen of Allah and the Ansar (Supporters) of the Messenger of Allah (saw)... particularly in this great month that you are in, the month of Rabii Al-Awwal, the month of the birth of the Prophet (saw), the month of his Prophethood, the month of his migration to Madinah and his establishment to the great Islamic state, and the month of his (saw) ascent to Paradise and the beginning of the era of the first Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Methodology of the Prophethood ... which was then followed by an era of a Khilafah "Caliphate" with clinging to the rule, then after this Khilafah "Caliphate" was the era of the rule of tyranny in which we are in now, which is to be followed by the second Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Methodology of the Prophethood. This is what the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, as narrated by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad and Tayaalisi in Musnad from Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman,
إِنَّكُمْ فِي النُّبُوَّةِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْيَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا عَاضًّا، فَيَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ، ثُمَّيَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ جَبْرِيَّةً، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّة" ثُمَّ سَكَتَ .
"Prophethood will last with you for as long as Allah wants it to last. Then there will be Khilafah "Caliphate" according to the Method of Prophethood, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when He wishes. Then there will be hereditary rule, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when He wishes. Then there will be an oppressive rule, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" according to the method of Prophethood." Then he (saw) fell silent.
So praised be the Nussrah to the Deen of Allah, praised be the Nussrah to the workers of the Khilafah "Caliphate", praised be the Nussrah of Hizb ut Tahrir, such that you emulate the life of the Ansar, may Allah bless them. Islam and its people will be dignified and Kufr and its people will be humiliated,
((وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ))
"On that Day shall the believers rejoice * at the victory of Allah. Allah makes victorious whom He will, and He is Exalted In Might, Most Merciful." [Surah Ar-Room 30:4, 5]
